Hi! I'm Donney.
I am a PhD student at the University of British Columbia, supervised by Geoff Pleiss and Mark Schmidt . I am generally interested in machine learning algorithms, with a focus on Bayesian Optimization.
I received my MASc in ECE from University of Toronto, where I worked under the guidance of Ben Liang in resource-constrained scheduling, and my BASc in Engineering Physics from the University of British Columbia.
